Own Hearth's paid acquisition end-to-end: run and scale Meta and Google campaigns, build programmatic channels, manage budgets and P&L, optimize landing pages and tracking, run rigorous A/B tests, set up attribution and reporting, and leverage AI to improve creative, audiences, and bidding for contractor lead generation.

Provide phone-based inbound support and implementation for home-improvement contractors: onboard and train customers, troubleshoot product issues, drive engagement, escalate bugs, and relay product feedback to engineering while managing multiple tasks and composing clear customer communications.

Handle inbound (and some outbound) leads, qualify quickly, run live demos, and close deals—often on the first call. Own monthly closed-deal quota, log activity in Salesforce and Dialpad, and hand off closed accounts to Customer Success for onboarding.
