Serve as Hearth’s primary IT specialist, resolving employee support issues, managing the MacBook fleet, and owning onboarding and offboarding. Maintain SOC 2 readiness through Vanta, strengthen access controls across company systems, document repeatable IT processes, and automate routine support tasks. The role is primarily onsite in NYC and may expand into office management responsibilities.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, managing multiple requisitions from intake through closing. Develop sourcing strategies, calibrate hiring processes, advise hiring managers, evaluate pipeline data, maintain ATS accuracy, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires proactive execution, multi-channel sourcing, strong candidate closing skills, and comfort operating autonomously in a fast-growing startup or fintech environment.

Engage warm inbound and limited outbound leads from home improvement contractors, rapidly qualify needs, conduct discovery and live product demos, and close deals—often on the first call. Manage daily inbound leads, maintain an active pipeline, achieve monthly closed-deal quotas, accurately log activity in Salesforce and Dialpad, and hand closed accounts to Customer Success for onboarding.
