Processes weekly payroll, reviews timekeeping and payroll data, records employee pay and benefit changes, prepares payroll and tax reports, and administers employee benefits. Coordinates enrollments, open enrollment, COBRA, FMLA, retirement, and provider reconciliations. Resolves payroll and benefits discrepancies, maintains confidential records, and handles documentation for agencies, court orders, verifications, and subpoenas.

Selects, evaluates, photographs, and lists donated merchandise for online sale. Maintains accurate descriptions, inventory records, storage assignments, and product flow. Tests and authenticates items, prepares packages, calculates shipping rates, generates labels, and supports carrier pickup. Responds to customer inquiries, maintains supplies and work areas, follows safety procedures, and meets performance targets in an eCommerce warehouse environment.

Leads organization-wide learning and development strategy, including instructor-led and online programs, leadership and compliance training, instructional design, LMS administration, vendor partnerships, and program evaluation. Coaches leaders on development pathways, supervises L&D staff, manages training content and reporting, and promotes continuous learning aligned with Goodwill’s mission and organizational goals. Regular travel to retail stores, program sites, and other locations is required.

Develops and coordinates mission-driven marketing content across social media, websites, print, PR, and promotional campaigns. Writes and edits marketing collateral, tracks campaign KPIs and engagement metrics, supports events and retail branding, coordinates vendors, and maintains consistent brand messaging. Requires collaboration, project coordination, strong writing skills, digital content expertise, and occasional travel to events, retail locations, and partner sites.

Assesses visitors and participants, schedules appointments, and connects them with Goodwill or community resources. Maintains referrals, case notes, participant records, and confidentiality; conducts follow-up to identify additional needs. Supports facility events and maintains facility safety, cleanliness, equipment, and supplies. Provides basic computer assistance and responds to telephone inquiries. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Supervises front-end retail operations, including customer service, cash handling, register procedures, merchandising, inventory flow, loss prevention, reporting, and store cleanliness. Coaches retail associates and program participants, supports scheduling and performance goals, and serves as leader on duty when store management is absent. Requires varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, along with extended standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supports daily Mission Services facility operations by assessing visitors and participants, scheduling appointments, making referrals, documenting services in Salesforce, maintaining confidential files, and conducting follow-ups. The role provides customer service, community resource navigation, basic office equipment assistance, event support, and facility safety and maintenance coordination. It requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency and Spanish preferred.

Leads organizational IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and innovation initiatives. Supervises IT staff and loss prevention personnel, directs AI and machine learning implementations, owns Power BI and business intelligence, manages vendors, projects, budgets, disaster recovery, and technology policies. The role evaluates emerging technologies, improves efficiency, reduces risk, and supports regulatory compliance across the organization.

Supervises store production operations, including sorting, pricing, staging, labeling, and organizing donated goods for retail and transportation teams. Trains and supports associates, monitors productivity, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, assists with scheduling and workflow planning, resolves minor personnel issues, completes reports, and safeguards company property. The role requires physical activity, weekend and varied-shift availability, accurate money handling, and effective communication with employees, customers, donors, and program participants.
