Teams at Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Oversees donated goods processing, pricing, staging, product flow, back-room organization, and sales-floor readiness in a Goodwill retail store. Supports workflow planning, merchandising, safety, loss prevention, reporting, and equipment use. Trains and coaches associates and program participants, provides operational feedback, and serves as the production leader on duty when store management is absent. Requires varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and frequent physical activity.

Oversees back-room production and donation processing, including sorting, pricing, staging, labeling, product rotation, organization, and cleaning. Trains and supervises retail associates and program participants, supports scheduling and workflow planning, monitors productivity and safety, resolves minor personnel issues, completes paperwork, and safeguards company property. The role requires physical activity, flexible shifts, and effective communication with store leadership, employees, customers, donors, and participants.

Provides in-person and virtual training to Goodwill participants and community partners on employability, financial literacy, computer, and soft skills. Assesses participant needs, delivers instruction, modifies curricula, provides referrals and job-search support, documents progress in Salesforce, maintains confidential records, evaluates courses, and travels to training locations. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, computer proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to support diverse participants.
