Teams at Heart of Los Angeles Youth, Inc.

Writes grant proposals and reports, tracks grant cycles, develops budgets with finance, researches institutional funders, and supports funder relationships. Maintains grants administration systems, CRM records, files, and compliance processes. Collaborates with development and program teams to interpret data, strengthen evaluation metrics, prepare for funder visits, and support stewardship events. Requires strong writing, editing, communication, organization, research, analytical, and deadline-management skills.

Lead rehearsals and provide musical instruction and mentorship for intergenerational ensemble members. Collaborate with program staff to plan repertoire, ensure compliance, support section mentors, attend planning meetings, and prepare students for at least one performance per semester while fostering community and inclusion.
