Work with the Schools team to gather stakeholder requirements, map 'as is' and 'to be' processes, produce project and test documentation, coordinate and support UAT, assist with system upgrades/implementations, and train system users.

Work as part of the MIS Programme Management team to gather and analyse stakeholder requirements, map and redesign business processes, produce functional specifications, support UAT, manage supplier tickets, coordinate issue resolution, and train end users during large-scale MIS implementations and system upgrades.
