Manage and maintain central database systems, clean and validate data, create queries and analyses to support program evaluation and QI, train and support staff on data protocols, ensure data security and HIPAA compliance, and document sustainable data processes.

Maintain accounting records and internal controls, process AP/AR, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month/year-end close, billing, audits, tax/Form 990 support, budgeting, grant financials, and routine financial reporting.

Support execution of internal and external communications and community engagement: create and manage social and web content, draft marketing materials, assist email campaigns and newsletters, coordinate events and outreach, perform light video editing and graphic design, maintain marketing assets, analyze campaign performance, and liaise across teams to amplify community voices.
