Teams at Healthy Start, Inc.

Supports HR operations through recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, training coordination, employee relations, compliance, engagement initiatives, and special projects. The role partners with leadership, facilitates orientations and training, maintains confidential personnel documentation, assists with investigations and conflict resolution, and supports consistent HR processes across the organization.

Maintains accounting records and internal controls; processes payables, receivables, expense reports, credit card transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, billings, and cash transfers. Supports audits, tax and compliance filings, agency and grant budgets, financial reporting, and detailed schedules. Requires hybrid office work, occasional field activity and travel, and operates under the CFO or Controller.
