Oversee healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, reimbursements, payer relations, compliance, performance analysis, and team leadership. Develop strategies to improve financial performance and workflow efficiency, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, resolve insurance billing issues, and report results to senior management.

Directs HealthPoint’s risk management, compliance, privacy, incident reporting, service recovery, and regulatory oversight programs. Develops policies, conducts audits and clinic rounds, investigates incidents, analyzes claims and reporting data, manages HIPAA and Federal Tort Claims Act compliance, delivers employee training, resolves patient complaints, and reports risk trends to leadership and the Board. Oversees departmental budgeting, staffing, performance, and strategic alignment.

Serves as the designated Pharmacist in Charge for Texas Class D clinic pharmacies, ensuring lawful and safe operations. Oversees pharmacy personnel, formulary governance, procurement, storage, dispensing, labeling, records, security, quality controls, inspections, training, and regulatory compliance. Maintains policies, audit-ready documentation, medication safety, required pharmacist visits, and collaboration with clinic leadership, providers, nursing staff, and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.

Provides high-level administrative and office management support to senior healthcare leadership. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence and board materials, confidential information management, expense and budget tracking, office supplies and facilities coordination, onboarding support, stakeholder communication, and administrative process improvement.
