Manages daily clinical operations for a clinic, including supervising nursing and support staff, scheduling, patient triage, direct patient care, training, quality improvement, documentation audits, regulatory compliance, patient relations, budgeting input, and staffing coordination. Collaborates with clinic leadership to maintain safe, efficient, patient-centered care and continuous operational improvement.

Oversee healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, reimbursements, payer relations, compliance, performance analysis, and team leadership. Develop strategies to improve financial performance and workflow efficiency, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, resolve insurance billing issues, and report results to senior management.

Directs HealthPoint’s risk management, compliance, privacy, incident reporting, service recovery, and regulatory oversight programs. Develops policies, conducts audits and clinic rounds, investigates incidents, analyzes claims and reporting data, manages HIPAA and Federal Tort Claims Act compliance, delivers employee training, resolves patient complaints, and reports risk trends to leadership and the Board. Oversees departmental budgeting, staffing, performance, and strategic alignment.
