Coordinates oncology clinical research studies in compliance with federal and institutional guidelines. Supports daily study operations, provides direction to research staff, assists with study participants, and may deliver patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating studies of minimal to moderate complexity, maintaining patient safety, and using electronic medical records and research data management systems. The role requires healthcare or research experience, relevant certification or licensure, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Provides direct transitional care to adult patients, including activities of daily living, assessments, medication administration, documentation, room preparation and discharge, call-light response, and patient and family support. Requires a minimum of four shifts monthly, including two weekend shifts, plus attendance at nursing orientation.

Provides direct care to 6–9 transitional-care patients daily, including bathing, nourishment, feeding assistance, intake and output recording, rounding, charting, room setup, call-light response, communication of patient status changes, and supply stocking. Requires Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification, completion of a nursing assistant course, reliable transportation, and attendance at required orientation.
