Manage submission and follow-up of third-party insurance claims (commercial, government, workers' comp), resolve payer denials, ensure regulatory and payer compliance, and support revenue cycle cash flow and patient satisfaction.

Provides front-desk clinic support, including patient check-in, registration, appointment scheduling, co-pay collection, insurance eligibility verification, telephone communication, specialty appointment coordination, record preparation, and clerical duties. Ensures accurate patient demographic and financial information, supports clinic schedule management, communicates wait times and benefit changes, and delivers patient-centered customer service.

Develop, implement, and maintain web applications while analyzing user requirements, testing, and integrating databases and web services. Requires proficiency with Java and web technologies.
