Coordinates enterprise desktop and endpoint technology projects, including facility moves, workstation deployments, technology refreshes, lifecycle management, and office implementations. Develops project plans, schedules, documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and status communications. Partners with IT, Facilities, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions across multiple locations. Supports procurement, configuration management, change management, deployment standards, and process improvement while participating in on-site implementation activities and staff development.

Manages routine and complex health insurance subrogation cases from investigation through resolution. Evaluates liability, causation, contractual rights, statutes, and case law; negotiates settlements; drafts legal correspondence and pleadings; represents HealthPartners at conferences, hearings, and mediations; maintains accurate case records; coordinates with claims teams; escalates matters to supervisors or outside counsel; and provides subrogation guidance and training.

Administers and analyzes organizational compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, market benchmarking, pay adjustments, HRIS records, reporting, audits, and compliance. Develops compensation policies, recommendations, educational materials, and communications while evaluating program effectiveness and supporting internal equity, regulatory compliance, and organizational retention and recruitment goals.
