Provide direct patient support in the Pulmonary clinic by performing clinical tasks, maintaining supplies and sterilization, operating testing equipment and basic office technology, adhering to infection control and OSHA standards, and supporting patient care and communication under PNHS policies.

Lead full-stack development for the Provider Portal, building and modernizing cloud-native, microservices-based web applications. Collaborate with product, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, monitor, and support resilient APIs and UIs. Participate in on-call rotation, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Provide administrative and research support to investigators: prepare manuscripts and presentations, coordinate meetings and travel, manage recruitment and data collection, maintain databases, design surveys/forms, implement study protocols, schedule participants, perform phone screenings, track mailings and study documentation, and assist with regulatory reporting and office services to facilitate study progress.
