Manages the company’s total rewards function, including compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, audits, vendor relationships, HRIS configuration, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement. Oversees payroll processing, tax administration, benefits enrollment, retirement plan compliance, compensation cycles, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR, Finance, Accounting, HRIS, vendors, and senior leadership while leading and developing payroll team members in a multi-state environment.

Serves as the clinical liaison between hospitals, providers, members, and care navigation teams for chronic kidney disease transitions of care. Coordinates discharge handoffs, provider relationships, member identification, education, documentation, reporting, and process improvement. Requires frequent regional travel, strong healthcare coordination skills, an active RN license, and familiarity with local healthcare systems.

Coordinates transitions of care for chronic kidney disease members by partnering with hospitals, providers, care navigators, and internal teams. Facilitates discharge handoffs, member identification, provider education, documentation, reporting, and process improvement. Builds healthcare provider relationships, supports quality initiatives, and helps improve care outcomes. Requires an unrestricted RN or LCSW license, healthcare or managed care experience, a valid driver's license, same-state residency, and travel exceeding 50%.
