Prepare and send monthly customer invoices, calculate and verify fees across systems, respond to billing inquiries, apply customer payments, and support revenue reporting and other billing tasks.

Serve as primary client advocate, build and maintain broker and employer relationships, use analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend plan design and upsells, lead reporting and renewal activities, coordinate onboarding and vendor/internal teams, and support revenue growth through retention and product recommendations.

Lead and manage the Plan Build and Benefit Configuration team to design, build, test, and maintain claims adjudication rules and workflows. Perform hands-on plan build, benefit mapping, testing, and validation. Establish policies, KPIs, and best practices, drive cross-functional alignment, recommend platform solutions, and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across claims operations.

Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned employer clients and broker partners to drive retention and revenue. Manage an assigned book, use reporting and data analytics to identify trends and cost drivers, provide strategic consultation and renewal support, recommend products and services, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and deliver consistent client service and presentations to broker partners and C-suite stakeholders.
