Serve as primary client advocate, build and maintain broker and employer relationships, use analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend plan design and upsells, lead reporting and renewal activities, coordinate onboarding and vendor/internal teams, and support revenue growth through retention and product recommendations.

Prepare and send monthly customer invoices, calculate and verify fees across systems, respond to billing inquiries, apply customer payments, and support revenue reporting and other billing tasks.

Lead and manage the Plan Build and Benefit Configuration team to design, build, test, and maintain claims adjudication rules and workflows. Perform hands-on plan build, benefit mapping, testing, and validation. Establish policies, KPIs, and best practices, drive cross-functional alignment, recommend platform solutions, and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across claims operations.

Lead daily IT operations and design monitoring frameworks for a Microsoft-centric environment. Implement and manage Azure/Datadog monitoring, analyze alerts, maintain SOPs/runbooks, collaborate with architecture, security, and app teams, and enforce uptime, patching, change control, and compliance (SOC/HIPAA). Serve as escalation for complex operational/security incidents.

Lead operational readiness and network implementation for a payer launch: develop readiness plans, define go-live criteria, coordinate UAT, support cutover and hypercare, manage risks, and report governance and milestones across claims, eligibility, billing, and network operations.
