Process biweekly payroll, including compiling and verifying payroll data, posting wages and deductions, handling garnishments, resolving discrepancies, reconciling leave balances, and issuing paychecks or EFT statements. The role requires EMT certification, lived mental health experience, peer-support training, confidentiality, and availability for overnight weekend shifts.

Supervise school-based behavioral health professionals and oversee clinical and administrative service delivery for students and families. Responsibilities include case assignments, clinical supervision, site visits, staff evaluations, training, community collaboration, documentation compliance, grant reporting, and program coverage. The role supports counseling services, maintains electronic health records, and ensures adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Provides administrative support to HR and Staff Development teams by maintaining confidential employee and training records, assisting with onboarding and HR events, coordinating training logistics, managing room and equipment setup, supporting the Relias learning management system, handling data entry and document management, assisting with benefits audits, and responding to employee inquiries.

Provide administrative and clinical oversight for crisis behavioral health services, supervise staff hiring and performance, manage productivity, billing compliance, budgets and grants, ensure EHR proficiency, develop policies, and coordinate training and community relationships to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.

Provide front-desk customer service in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare practice: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify payer eligibility, manage electronic health records, process releases, balance cash drawer, perform client enrollments, scan/upload records, and support other departments as needed. Frequent interaction with clients and occasional travel between sites required.

Provide strength-focused, evidence-based, culturally sensitive psychiatric care including assessments, case management, medication evaluation and management, and supportive therapy. Offer clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team, obtain DATA 2000 waiver within six months, and work across Health Solutions locations in Pueblo under the Vice President of Medical Services.

Provide front-desk and administrative support across multiple behavioral health locations: reception, phone operation, scheduling, verifying payer eligibility, scanning/updating EHRs, processing records and releases, cash handling, client communications, and occasional driving and site coverage.

Provide intake, assessment, outpatient therapy, and case management for youth and families in outpatient and home settings. Maintain accurate EHR records, collaborate with community providers, support placement/discharge planning, and participate in occasional evening and on-call coverage.
