Provide comprehensive primary care for adults and children including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, procedures, vaccinations, referrals, EHR documentation, care coordination, and participation in quality initiatives and team-based care.

Provide front-desk reception and customer service in a behavioral health clinic: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify payer eligibility, scan and maintain electronic health records, process releases, balance cash drawer, complete enrollments, and support other departments as assigned.

Provide peer-based crisis support in a respite/crisis living room setting: engage clients, offer emotional support and resources, coordinate referrals, transport clients as needed, perform light housekeeping, communicate with clinical staff, and document interactions during weekend night shifts.

Provide front-desk customer service in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare practice: answer phones, schedule appointments, verify payer eligibility, manage electronic health records, process releases, balance cash drawer, perform client enrollments, scan/upload records, and support other departments as needed. Frequent interaction with clients and occasional travel between sites required.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students (ages 4–18) in school settings; conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, and consultation with school staff; maintain EHR documentation, productivity, and compliance; travel to two to three embedded schools weekly and collaborate with community resources under supervisory oversight.

Provide peer support to individuals in crisis using lived experience: offer emotional support, resource referral, advocacy, transport clients as needed, assist with basic housekeeping, and coordinate with clinical staff during overnight shifts.

Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations, and update electronic health records to support accurate billing. Assist patients with Medicaid/insurance applications and financial counseling, monitor overdue accounts, and coordinate with providers and payers. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and provide customer service throughout the revenue cycle.

Provide community-based crisis intervention, assessment, case management, referrals, and de-escalation services alongside Trinidad Police. Link clients to treatment and community resources, deliver training to officers, document care, coordinate with Health Solutions programs, and assist with benefits and basic needs support.

Provide outpatient behavioral healthcare to youth and adults: conduct assessments and screenings, deliver individual/couples/family/group therapy, offer case management, complete treatment planning and timely documentation, manage caseloads to meet productivity standards, participate in team consultations, and collaborate with community partners.

Provide strength-focused, evidence-based, culturally sensitive psychiatric care including assessments, case management, medication evaluation and management, and supportive therapy. Offer clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team, obtain DATA 2000 waiver within six months, and work across Health Solutions locations in Pueblo under the Vice President of Medical Services.

Provide front-desk and administrative support across multiple behavioral health locations: reception, phone operation, scheduling, verifying payer eligibility, scanning/updating EHRs, processing records and releases, cash handling, client communications, and occasional driving and site coverage.
