Provides front-desk and administrative support in a behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Responsibilities include reception, phone operation, appointment scheduling, payer eligibility verification, electronic health record maintenance, records scanning, release-of-information processing, cash drawer balancing, client enrollment, and communication. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, occasional travel between locations, and reliable transportation.

Supervise nursing and medical support staff across primary care, walk-in clinics, and medication-assisted treatment teams. Oversee clinical operations, staff performance, training, scheduling, chart audits, documentation quality, compliance, workflows, coverage, inventory, and clinical data analysis. Collaborate with directors, support hiring and policy development, maintain EHR competency, provide administrative coverage, and travel between satellite offices as needed.

Paid behavioral healthcare internship for senior BSW or first-year MSW students completing supervised clinical field placement. Interns conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings, provide case management and service coordination, advocate for clients, connect them with resources, navigate community systems, and participate in interdisciplinary clinical reviews. The placement requires at least 16 hours weekly for one semester and 400 total field hours.
