The Cost Management Consultant oversees the implementation of PowerCosting at health systems, managing projects, providing client training, and guiding teams with cost accounting knowledge.

Lead onboarding and implementation of KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst across healthcare organizations. Own project plans, governance, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, testing, training, and escalation. Serve as liaison between vendors, IS teams, and end users while ensuring standards, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Support month-end close and revenue accounting: review contracts for ASC 606 implications, manage revenue timing in Workday, oversee A/R for assigned contracts, analyze deferred and unbilled revenue, respond to invoicing questions, assist audits, forecasting, and process/control improvements.
