Serve as the welcoming face of the agency: greet patients and visitors, answer and route calls, assist with questions, support clinical and administrative teams, manage mail and supplies, schedule appointments, maintain paper and electronic files, coordinate office events, and keep the front office organized.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, culture, and people operations for a growing home health organization. Manage hiring pipelines, orientation, benefits, payroll administration, compliance, performance support, and leader coaching to improve retention, streamline HR processes, and strengthen company culture across multiple locations.

Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes: evaluate functional abilities, create and implement individualized treatment plans, train patients/caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment, document progress, collaborate with care team, and maintain licensure and continuing education.
