The Automation Developer will create, maintain, and scale automated test coverage for UI, API, and integration layers, utilizing various tools and scripting skills.

Lead performance engineering activities to design and run load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests across cloud and hybrid environments. Identify bottlenecks in applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure; collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development to validate production readiness, optimize performance, and support high-availability Azure AKS deployments. Mentor offshore performance engineers.

Designs, builds, and scales automated test coverage across UI, API, and integration layers. Creates tests with Playwright/Selenium, Postman/GraphiQL, validates messaging and documents, integrates tests into Azure DevOps, and maintains test data and environments.

Architect, build, and scale enterprise automation frameworks across UI, API, document, and integration workflows. Implement Playwright/Selenium-based UI automation, reusable API/integration tests (Postman, GraphQL, PactumJS), CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps), observability, flaky test detection, and AI-assisted QA (Azure OpenAI, Claude). Support compliance- and document-heavy scenarios and optimize regression testing.

Perform deep functional, exploratory, and customer-focused manual testing for new features and production issues. Create high-quality test plans and cases, validate backend data and file integrations, capture evidence and defects, perform regression and workflow validation across distributed systems, assist with UAT, support hot fixes, and demo features to stakeholders. Coordinate with automation engineers and learn automation with AI tooling.

Manage, scale, and optimize multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE). Implement security, CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with dev and ops teams, document configurations, and provide on-call support.
