Own the aerospace lighting and emergency exit marking sales process from customer inquiry through technical proposal and order. Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions, prepare quotations and compliance responses, lead presentations and meetings, coordinate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and international teams, and support opportunity handover. Build long-term customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, represent the company at trade shows, and provide customer and competitor insights for product roadmap development.

Support quality activities for avionics cabin-management electronics across design, supplier build, and field support. Own NCR/CAPA processes, perform FAI per AS9102, analyze returns/failures for reliability insights, maintain QMS records, support supplier quality, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement aligned with AS9100 and airborne systems standards.

Support design, integration, testing, and field support of business-jet audio/video and cabin management systems. Create system architecture and test documentation, develop Python test scripts, reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues, perform software updates, and participate in on-call support and customer site visits.

Lead and maintain the Quality Management System for PCBA manufacturing, oversee supplier quality and audits, drive root cause analysis and CAPA, serve as customer quality interface, monitor quality metrics, and support product transfers, repair station compliance, and continuous improvement across business units.

Develop and maintain QMS aligned to AS9100/ISO9001; lead internal and external audits; interface with FAA and issue Form 8130-3; manage calibration, inspection criteria, CAPA, root cause investigations (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone), supplier audits, MRB decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide frontline systems engineering support for audio/video and cabin management products in business aviation. Develop system specs, architectures, test plans, and Python test scripts; create configurations and demos; troubleshoot fielded systems; engage customers, support sales and proposals, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call support and industry events.

Design, implement, and verify complex FPGA-based video and audio processing systems (VHDL targeting Xilinx). Integrate high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, HDMI), perform simulation and lab debugging, collaborate across hardware/software teams, produce design documentation, and support board bring-up and production releases.

Design and implement Verilog-based video and audio processing on Xilinx FPGAs for real-time 4K+ avionics systems. Integrate high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, HDMI, SDI), verify and debug in lab, collaborate with hardware/software teams, integrate vendor IP, produce design documentation, and support board bring-up and timing/performance optimization.
