Lead design and development of rugged electronic power systems for defense/aerospace: create schematics, design transformers/inductors, perform PCB placement/routing, select parts, run electrical and failure analyses, build and execute test procedures, support production and customers, present designs, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide Tier 1 on-site end-user support: troubleshoot hardware, Windows and M365 software, VoIP and Unifi networking, image and deploy PCs, manage AD and user accounts, maintain backups and endpoint protection, support ERPNext and printers/scanners, document assets, and assist on IT projects and website/email/FTP tasks.

Design and develop power electronics for defense systems (converters, inverters, regulators, distribution). Perform circuit and system analysis, PCB layout, transformer/inductor design, troubleshooting, test automation, documentation, production support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Oversee daily packing operations, perform final visual inspections, design custom protective packaging, prepare and stage shipments, monitor packing material inventory, lead and train packing staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with Shipping, Purchasing, Receiving, and Facilities.
