Manage day-to-day accounting and administrative functions including AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, tax filings, financial reporting, recordkeeping, and audit support.

Provide Tier 1 on-site end-user support: troubleshoot hardware, Windows and M365 software, VoIP and Unifi networking, image and deploy PCs, manage AD and user accounts, maintain backups and endpoint protection, support ERPNext and printers/scanners, document assets, and assist on IT projects and website/email/FTP tasks.

Lead design and development of rugged electronic power systems for defense/aerospace: create schematics, design transformers/inductors, perform PCB placement/routing, select parts, run electrical and failure analyses, build and execute test procedures, support production and customers, present designs, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and develop power electronics for defense systems (converters, inverters, regulators, distribution). Perform circuit and system analysis, PCB layout, transformer/inductor design, troubleshooting, test automation, documentation, production support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (Haas, Mazak) to produce high-precision parts per blueprints and GibbsCAM files. Perform inspections with calipers and FARO, maintain tolerances to +/-0.005", deburr parts, follow safety protocols, and keep work records. Assist troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
