Provide first- and second-level technical support for Acumatica Cloud ERP, troubleshooting across modules, diagnosing with logs and SQL, guiding end users, supporting UAT, validating migrated data, and assisting with integrations, configurations, and process improvements.

Provide inside sales support for waterworks customers: process orders, quotes, returns, equipment rentals, and material takeoffs for project bids. Assist outside sales, manage bids and timelines, support product selection, and participate in product training.

Sell Pump Division products to contractors, municipalities, and installers across an assigned territory. Develop and maintain accounts and territory plans, grow sales and margins, support budgeting, ensure procedural reporting compliance, coordinate with branch staff and management, assist with training and occasional branch tasks, and travel within the territory as needed.

Develop, edit, and maintain e-learning content from concept through distribution via the company LMS (The Vault). Collaborate with SMEs and departments, produce multimedia courses (written/audio/video), troubleshoot LMS and user issues, manage project documentation, and continuously improve training quality and engagement.

Lead and develop the Great Salt Lake Waterworks sales team to meet regional sales and profitability goals. Oversee territory strategies, vendor relationships, budgets, and operations alignment. Travel extensively (20–35%), evaluate and coach staff, enforce performance standards, and implement company sales initiatives.

Perform outside sales to cities, municipalities, and water districts in the Denver metro. Maintain territory and account plans, pursue product specifications, grow sales and margin, coordinate with branch staff, comply with reporting, and travel within the territory as needed.
