Lead and develop the Great Salt Lake Waterworks sales team to meet regional sales and profitability goals. Oversee territory strategies, vendor relationships, budgets, and operations alignment. Travel extensively (20–35%), evaluate and coach staff, enforce performance standards, and implement company sales initiatives.

Manage multiple customer projects and coordinate between branch, project managers, and customers. Perform takeoffs, price quotes, and estimating for private, public, and light mechanical projects. Attend pre-construction meetings, process returns and credits, assist branch customer service, and support development of inside sales staff. May cover Project Manager or Outside Sales duties.

Perform outside sales to cities, municipalities, and water districts in the Denver metro. Maintain territory and account plans, pursue product specifications, grow sales and margin, coordinate with branch staff, comply with reporting, and travel within the territory as needed.

Provide inside sales support for water and wastewater products: assist customers in person and by phone, write orders, provide quotes, complete material takeoffs, manage bids, support outside sales staff, estimate and manage project timelines, and participate in product training.

Develop, edit, and maintain e-learning content from concept through distribution via the company LMS (The Vault). Collaborate with SMEs and departments, produce multimedia courses (written/audio/video), troubleshoot LMS and user issues, manage project documentation, and continuously improve training quality and engagement.

Provide customer service in person and by phone: write orders, quotes, rentals, returns, and manage takeoffs and bids. Support outside sales on job coordination, estimate and track materials for project bids, acquire non-stock items, and participate in ongoing product training.
