Manage multiple customer projects from planning through completion, including submittals, quotes, schedules, budgets, variance tracking, resource coordination, material purchasing and delivery, customer support, and project reporting. The role also supports sales staff, estimating, take-offs, product specification review, job-site coordination, and compliance with safety procedures.

Serve internal and external customers by writing orders, processing returns, renting equipment, providing quotes, selecting products, and resolving inquiries. Complete material takeoffs, estimate projects, manage customer timelines, support outside sales, coordinate product receipt, assist with bids, and source non-stock materials. Participate in product education and work overtime during busy periods.

Processes accounts payable records, including invoices, credit and debit memos, cost adjustments, statements, check runs, and vendor account maintenance. Researches payment issues, resolves vendor and buyer discrepancies, collects return credits, and supports internal and external relationships. Requires accounting or accounts payable experience, accurate computer and 10-key skills, deadline management, independent work, and a high school diploma or GED.
