Responsible for outside sales across an assigned waterworks territory, developing contractor and municipal accounts, increasing sales and margins, maintaining territory plans, ensuring reporting compliance, and collaborating with branch personnel. The role requires product knowledge, customer service, territory travel, occasional overnight stays, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinates multiple customer projects, prepares takeoffs and price quotes, performs underground utility and light mechanical estimating, documents quotations, processes returns, attends pre-construction meetings, and supports branch customer service, sales, and employee development.

Manage construction customer accounts receivable, make credit recommendations, reconcile accounts, and collect outstanding balances. Set up project files, research ownership and lien rights, file pre-lien notices, and monitor legal positions, lien claims, and bond claims. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer service, and construction-industry credit or collections experience.
