Lead and develop the Great Salt Lake Waterworks sales team to meet regional sales and profitability goals. Oversee territory strategies, vendor relationships, budgets, and operations alignment. Travel extensively (20–35%), evaluate and coach staff, enforce performance standards, and implement company sales initiatives.

Manage multiple customer projects and coordinate between branch, project managers, and customers. Perform takeoffs, price quotes, and estimating for private, public, and light mechanical projects. Attend pre-construction meetings, process returns and credits, assist branch customer service, and support development of inside sales staff. May cover Project Manager or Outside Sales duties.

Perform outside sales to cities, municipalities, and water districts in the Denver metro. Maintain territory and account plans, pursue product specifications, grow sales and margin, coordinate with branch staff, comply with reporting, and travel within the territory as needed.
