Own Hazel’s end-to-end data platform, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, reliability, and warehouse performance. Build low-latency, reliable pipelines and clean data models, ship integrations for e-commerce and advertising sources, and automate integration and transformation work using AI agents. The role requires production ownership of large-scale data infrastructure, strong Python, SQL, and dbt expertise, orchestrator experience, and effective documentation.

Build Hazel’s AI action layer and full-stack product features using TypeScript, React, and Go. Develop LLM agent workflows with streaming responses, multi-step tool use, approvals, and human-in-the-loop safeguards. Create read/write integrations with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Amazon, and other platforms. Own scalable APIs, including query optimization and schema design, while working directly with founders and customers in a senior, high-autonomy environment.
