Support execution of electrical QA/QC activities: perform field inspections, verify compliance with codes and specs, maintain inspection records, track ITPs/DFOW/NCRs, assist commissioning readiness, and communicate status to QA/QC and field teams.

Lead and run the full project management lifecycle for IT, data, and BI projects. Create structured plans, remove roadblocks, run meetings, track risks, coordinate rollouts, and close projects. Establish PM tooling, processes, and templates to scale into a future PMO while holding teams accountable to deadlines and delivery.

Create electrical manufacturing drawings, GA layouts, wiring schematics, and BOMs for panelboards, switchgear, control panels, and temporary power systems. Support engineering submittals, drawing revisions, QA/QC, fabrication, testing, and production coordination while applying NEC, UL, and NEMA standards.

Design and document low-voltage power distribution equipment (panelboards, switchboards, switchgear, control panels). Produce one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring, GA drawings, BOMs and submittals. Perform load, voltage drop, short-circuit and coordination studies. Ensure NEC, UL, NEMA and customer specification compliance. Support manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting and customer technical inquiries while collaborating with project management, purchasing and production.

Manage end-to-end delivery of BAS/EMS projects including schedule, budget, quality, subcontractors, commissioning, and client satisfaction. Maintain project schedules, financials, RFIs/submittals, WIP reporting, and closeout. Coordinate engineers, field partners, vendors, and clients, run project meetings, and contribute to process improvements while mentoring assistant PMs and coordinators.

Manage project-level accounting for construction projects: set up contracts, SOVs, change orders; prepare monthly progress billings; process subcontractor/vendor invoices; support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations; maintain audit documentation; coordinate with AP/AR/payroll and identify process improvements.

Provide end-to-end executive support to the Owner/CEO: manage calendar and inbox, coordinate travel and site visits across five Texas markets, prepare meeting materials, implement AI-driven automations, handle confidential correspondence, act as gatekeeper, and own ad hoc projects in HR, recruiting, operations, and business development.

Support and administer supply chain systems (ERP, procurement, logistics, inventory), manage configurations, integrations, reporting (Power BI/Excel), data governance, user training, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement to increase automation, data accuracy, and user adoption.

Lead Supplier Operations including invoice processing, supplier onboarding, purchasing card program administration, supplier master data governance, KPI/reporting development, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve Procure-to-Pay performance and supplier payment readiness.

Support strategic sourcing through supplier research, RFQ/RFP management, quotation and total-cost analysis, bid evaluations, supplier qualification, negotiation of pricing/terms, market monitoring, and transitioning awarded suppliers to Purchasing.

Administer the company purchasing card program: manage card issuance and maintenance, monitor transactions for compliance, produce spend and rebate reports, support reconciliations and audits, train cardholders, coordinate with card provider, and identify program improvements while supporting supplier operations during peak workloads.
