This hands-on project delivery role does not require coding or technical architecture ownership.

Develop, maintain, and track schedules for electrical contracting projects. Coordinate timelines and milestones with project teams, monitor progress, identify delays, update schedules, prepare reports, optimize resources, and communicate risks. The role also supports resource, materials, and manpower coordination while maintaining accurate scheduling documentation and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Supports Workday HCM implementation and post-go-live optimization through configuration assistance, data validation, testing, reporting, release management, data quality audits, ticket resolution, documentation, training, and stakeholder support. The role builds and troubleshoots Workday reports and calculated fields, monitors integrations, supports security reviews, coordinates UAT, and identifies process improvements across HR, Payroll, and business functions.
