Lead electrical construction projects from inception through completion, managing plans, schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, vendors, site visits, safety compliance, quality, risks, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. The role also involves resolving construction issues, ensuring client requirements are met, and mentoring junior team members.
