Leads engagement, employee relations, training, development, and readiness for a 100-person field workforce. Resolves conflicts, coaches supervisors, improves retention, coordinates scheduling and certifications, maintains compliance and staffing ratios, and develops career pathways. Partners with field operations and executives to communicate workforce trends, risks, and performance. Requires experience in field operations and people management, preferably in construction, electrical, industrial, or technical trades.

Provides technical leadership for electrical engineering and design-build projects as Engineer of Record. Leads low- and medium-voltage distribution design, power system studies, code compliance, quality control, and technical reviews. Oversees engineers, designers, and drafters; establishes engineering standards; mentors staff; coordinates with clients, utilities, contractors, and manufacturers; and resolves complex design and construction challenges for commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and data center projects.

Coordinates technical proposals, prequalification packages, RFQs, RFPs, presentations, and related business development materials. Reviews requirements, gathers information across departments, maintains submission calendars and trackers, formats documents, manages templates and version control, and performs quality-control reviews. Supports renewal monitoring, confidential information management, and process improvements while ensuring complete, accurate, compliant, and timely submissions.
