Lead electrical construction projects from inception to completion: develop plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; conduct site visits; ensure safety and code compliance; manage risks; report to stakeholders and mentor junior staff.

Provide on-site EHS leadership for large electrical construction projects: ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance, develop SSSPs/AHAs, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver training and toolbox talks, manage high-risk activities, coordinate with contractors/owners, and mentor field staff to drive continuous safety improvement.

Lead all EHS activities for large-scale electrical construction projects in a mission-critical data center environment. Serve as primary EHS contact for clients and owners, drive safety strategy and culture, oversee incident investigations, audits, high-risk activity planning (electrical, LOTO, cranes, confined space), safety permitting, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement across project teams.
