Supports project managers on active electrical construction projects by tracking schedules, milestones, submittals, RFIs, change orders, costs, budgets, pay applications, subcontractor compliance, procurement, meeting documentation, and stakeholder communication. The internship provides office and field exposure, mentorship, and a capstone project presented to leadership.

Develops, revises, and maintains curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, defines learning objectives, evaluates effectiveness, ensures accessibility and accuracy, and updates content based on feedback and performance metrics. The role also requires strong writing, editing, research, documentation, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning-development tools.

Supports the design, drafting, BOM development, process improvement, quality checks, shop layout, workflow efficiency, production scheduling, and tracking of prefabricated electrical assemblies. Collaborates with estimating, BIM/VDC, and field operations to align prefab designs with installation needs. The intern works in a production environment, contributes to a capstone project, and presents results to leadership.
