Responsibilities include generating leads, cold calling, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, researching customer needs, managing quotes, addressing objections, presenting value propositions, applying pricing and credit policies, and closing sales. The role requires full-cycle sales experience, service-contract knowledge, business development skills, and a valid driver's license.

Drives sales of building automation, HVAC maintenance, energy services, repairs, and upgrades, primarily through existing customers. Builds relationships with executives, facility and property managers, building engineers, and purchasing teams; identifies opportunities, explains energy-saving solutions, develops proposals and pricing strategies, negotiates contract terms, leads client reviews, manages account satisfaction, and prepares business forecasts.

Leads company-wide safety initiatives for commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, and energy services operations. Develops policies, safety plans, hazard analyses, and compliance programs; conducts job-site audits, inspections, and incident investigations; manages corrective actions, OSHA reporting, safety KPIs, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs. Delivers employee training, administers certifications, leads the Safety Committee, supports contractor prequalification, and coordinates safety requirements across field and office locations.

Leads the talent acquisition team and manages full-cycle recruiting strategy across a multi-site organization. Partners with hiring managers, oversees sourcing, employment branding, recruitment marketing, interview training, agency and school relationships, ATS administration, referral programs, team KPIs, budgets, reporting, and recruiting process optimization. Provides mentorship and ensures strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
