Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, cold calling decision-makers, setting appointments, researching customer needs, managing quotes, handling objections, presenting value propositions, applying pricing and credit policies, and closing full sales cycles. The representative develops sales, financial, business, operations, and vertical-market knowledge while maintaining an active quote backlog.
