Oversee fund accounting and finance activities for private credit funds, including NAV and investor reporting review, drawdowns and distributions, audits, valuations, FX hedging, financial statements, regulatory reporting, and fund onboarding. The role manages third-party administrators and external partners, supports investor and committee reporting, maintains financial controls, and drives process improvements and automation across UK, Luxembourg, and US operations.

Owns end-to-end operational activities for collateralized loan obligations, including daily position and cash reconciliation, warehouse and CLO onboarding, compliance monitoring, payment calculations, administrator and trustee oversight, controls, risk management, and process improvement. Works closely with portfolio management, finance, compliance, and external service providers to ensure accurate, auditable, and document-compliant operations.

Build and maintain a full-stack analytics workflow application using Angular, Python, and FastAPI. Develop data pipelines and models with pandas and NumPy on Snowflake and Azure. Coordinate an offshore vendor team, manage delivery priorities and spending, use AI coding assistants, and translate business requirements into reliable enterprise software for stakeholders.

Support U.S. Partner Solutions Group by managing CRM hygiene, meeting logistics and notes, prospect research and segmented lists, tracking LP allocation and competitive fundraising intelligence, and assisting with fundraising plans, conferences, and tailored presentations.
