Lead content strategy to position Hawk as a thought leader in AI for financial crime and compliance. Develop SEO-led, long-form, and demand-generation content; manage content calendar, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders; support PR and executive communications; measure performance and optimize for pipeline impact.

Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts: scope, implement, drive adoption, measure and prove value, optimize performance, and secure renewals/expansion. Act as single accountable owner, engage in pre-sales credibility conversations, run executive governance, and use AI tools to increase efficiency and insight.

Own the end-to-end roadmap for Hawk's agentic products across investigation, CDD/KYC, regulatory reporting and platform capabilities. Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and regional strategy while representing the company at events and cultivating strategic relationships in financial institutions and payment providers.

Lead EMEA customer outcomes and a cross-functional regional team (Customer Value Partners, Data Scientists, Implementation Consultants). Own GRR/NRR, escalations, commercial forecasting, hiring and development, regional rollout of the global customer operating model, and partnership with Sales to ensure deliverable scopes and drive regional growth.
