Own the full customer lifecycle across scoping, implementation, value realization, adoption, retention, and expansion for enterprise SaaS accounts. Develop success plans, manage delivery, prove business value, monitor performance, support sales cycles, and maintain executive relationships. Drive GRR and NRR while applying AI tools to improve customer insight, reporting, and delivery efficiency. The role requires ownership of both commercial outcomes and customer delivery across regulated financial services clients.

Own the full customer lifecycle for enterprise software accounts, from scoping and implementation through value realization, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, manage delivery, monitor performance, optimize customer outcomes, and drive GRR and NRR. Lead executive governance and QBRs, support pre-sales credibility, and use AI tools to improve account insight and reporting. The role requires strong enterprise SaaS delivery experience, commercial ownership, C-suite communication, and ideally AML, fraud prevention, or regulated financial services expertise.

Manage Hawk’s global in-person and digital events program, including conferences, sponsorships, executive dinners, customer summits, webinars, and virtual formats. Own event planning, budgeting, vendor contracts, logistics, promotion, attendee experience, lead follow-up, nurture, reporting, and pipeline contribution. Partner with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations. The role requires managing multiple events concurrently, overseeing webinar tooling and HubSpot integrations, and traveling to major US, EMEA, and APAC events.
