Develop SEO-led, long-form, and demand-generation content; manage content calendar, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders; support PR and executive communications; measure performance and optimize for pipeline impact.

Act as the CEO's right hand to run executive cadence, lead and deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives, track OKRs, prepare decision materials, coordinate advisors, and proactively fix company-wide execution and operating issues. Operate AI-first—building agents, automations, and workflows to increase CEO leverage.

As a Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to customers using the Hawk platform, ensuring smooth user experiences by addressing issues related to rule configuration, user management, and integrations, while collaborating with internal teams for complex troubleshooting.
