Tune AML and fraud detection models using customers’ live transaction data. Investigate missed cases, alert quality, pattern drift, and false positives; validate changes through backtesting and sample review; document regulatory rationale; and present model performance and business value to compliance, risk, and data science stakeholders. Partner with customer teams on account strategy and relay customer-specific or systemic findings to product and model functions.

Drive complex enterprise sales across EMEA, targeting Tier 1 banks, financial institutions, payment providers, and regulated organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, strategic account planning, executive relationship building, consultative selling, pipeline generation, solution positioning, negotiations, contract execution, forecasting, and account expansion. The role requires collaboration with Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while positioning AI-powered AML, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and workflow automation solutions.
