Manage and coordinate preconstruction activities including estimating, budgeting, bid solicitation, scopes of work, schedules, and client/subcontractor communication. Support project selection, value management, transition to construction, and post-bid review while maintaining relationships and documentation across multiple simultaneous projects.

Support the Project Management team with contract preparation, compliance tracking, and project documentation. Provide general administrative assistance including answering phones, mail handling, event coordination, ordering supplies, and office management. Requires attention to detail, professionalism, problem-solving, and teamwork in a high-volume construction office.

Lead multiple construction project teams, manage budgets and costs, identify and mitigate project risks, ensure timely delivery of project products and services, and foster a positive, productive team environment. Communicate clearly, make decisive decisions, and organize workflows to meet deadlines while promoting continuous improvement.
