We are always looking for dynamic individuals to help us create functional, innovative facilities for our clients from beginning to end. We place a high priority on relationships, and this emphasis creates an atmosphere that encourages connectivity, fosters commitment, and generates opportunities to meaningfully contribute. At Hausmann, you are building more than structures—you are building the future.

Senior Project Managers will work with project teams to monitor project budgets, assist in controlling costs, and making adjustments, as needed, to stay within the financial parameters of a project. Additionally, they will work to identify, assess and mitigate projects risks throughout the life cycle.

The Senior Project Manager will help to minimize cost and risk, while ensuring that all project products and services are risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner. Applicants must have the ability to foster a positive work environment, be a decisive decision maker, and exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter who acts in a manner of integrity and desires to grow in a company with an award-winning culture. An ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines, and consistently displays accountability and ownership of the process. The ability to thrive in a fast paced, innovative team environment is mandatory—and a passion for learning, trying new things, understanding what works, and quickly adjusting what doesn't is key.

Why Hausmann? This is an exciting opportunity to join a company known for its award-winning culture and commitment to employee growth. We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a dynamic work environment where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and advance your career.
