Lead and deliver complex, design-driven creative and AV initiatives from intake to delivery. Manage integrated campaigns (design, copy, motion, video, sound) and global localization, build project plans and communication strategies, anticipate risks, streamline workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality localized outputs.

Create motion design for social, web, brand, and campaign work. Collaborate with art and creative directors from concept development through final delivery, producing style frames, animatics, and polished assets. Contribute design ideas and visual direction beyond animation while staying current with procedural, interactive, and code-based motion techniques.

Manage end-to-end, high-volume email and communication design projects. Own schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, editorial, clients), track progress, QC deliverables, maintain documentation, proactively flag risks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
