Installs and administers Linux and Windows systems, security patches, networks, databases, and simulation software; troubleshoots technical issues; integrates simulation architectures with C4I networks; and maintains database integrity. Applies Army logistics expertise to create realistic training scenarios aligned with tactical operations and simulation control plans.

Own and grow federal government accounts through NASA SEWP VI and other contract vehicles. Build multimillion-dollar pipelines, develop customer and OEM relationships, shape opportunities, create compliant technology solutions and pricing, manage sales forecasts, and drive opportunities from identification through award and fulfillment. Collaborate with program, contracts, and finance teams while meeting revenue and gross-margin targets.

Provide subject-matter expertise and curriculum development for the Command and Staff College distance education program. Align courses with JPME-I, Marine Corps and joint doctrine, support accreditation (PAJE), outcomes-based education, faculty development, and teach up to two graduate-level courses annually. Collaborate with faculty and leadership on curriculum modernization and assessments.

Provide institutional research, assessment, and data analysis supporting Marine Corps University. Design and administer surveys, analyze student performance and test items, develop dashboards and reports, maintain assessment databases, support accreditation and continuous improvement, and present findings to leadership.

Serve as primary alumni contact: maintain alumni database, manage communications and outreach, collect feedback, support programs and marketing, prepare engagement reports, and coordinate engagement activities.

Manage prime contracts and subcontracts from proposal through closeout, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, negotiating changes, preparing contract documents, coordinating with project teams, and mitigating contractual risks.

Provide business operations and financial analysis support for MCU CDET: budget phasing, tracking funding execution, creating dashboards/reports, process improvement, and developing automated Microsoft 365 solutions to support leadership decision-making.

Develop and maintain knowledge management strategies, repositories, taxonomies, and collaboration tools (SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive). Capture best practices and lessons learned, deliver training and workshops, provide user support, recommend KM tools/process improvements, and measure KM initiative effectiveness.

Provide operational planning, coordination, and analysis to support MCU/CDET initiatives, training events, and strategic planning. Develop and maintain plans, prepare briefings and reports, analyze processes, coordinate exercises and meetings, track actions, maintain schedules, and produce after-action reports.

Develop and execute strategic communication plans for MCU/CDET including content creation for newsletters, press releases, websites and social media; produce multimedia assets; prepare leadership communications and briefing materials; manage internal communications and a communications calendar; analyze campaign performance and coordinate stakeholder outreach and partnerships to expand visibility.

Designs and develops Navy-aligned training: TPPs, JDTAs, TCCDs, lesson plans, eLearning, and AI-assisted test materials. Conducts analyses, evaluations, pilots, and continuous improvement; supports SharePoint content management, Power Automate workflows, compliance, audits, and Secret clearance requirements.

Provide administrative and program support for Marine Corps University regional campuses: manage student enrollment and records, schedule seminars, coordinate with faculty and headquarters, prepare reports and course materials, maintain confidential records, and support day-to-day campus operations.

Design, develop, and maintain curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and instructor guidance for Professional Military Education and distance learning. Collaborate with SMEs and faculty, integrate technology-enhanced learning tools, analyze learner performance, and support continuous curriculum improvement and documentation.

Manage visitor access at a SECRET-accredited facility: verify clearances and visit authorizations using DISS, issue and track visitor badges, maintain logs and reports, enforce access procedures, escort uncleared visitors, report incidents, and coordinate with security leadership to improve processes.

Serve as primary contractor lead for MCU/CDET, managing contract performance, staffing, schedules, quality assurance, customer engagement, and compliance. Oversee geographically dispersed operations, conduct quality visits, prepare reports and executive briefings, manage CAC access and security requirements, supervise contractor personnel, and support annual faculty workshops.

Develop, maintain, and deliver Enlisted College distance-education curriculum (Phase I IMI and Phase II Regional Seminar courses). Ensure alignment with JPME and Marine Corps leadership competencies, maintain MarineNet courseware and assessments, coordinate multimedia asset development, review instructional materials, teach at least one Phase II seminar annually, and collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to sustain and improve enlisted PME.

Edit and format courseware, examinations, and online content; assemble and publish electronic course materials; manage copyright and academic integrity (plagiarism/AI screening); provide writing support and instruction; maintain online writing resources and LMS tools; and support curriculum development and AI tool integration.

Provide administrative, organizational, and clerical support to MCU/CDET leadership: manage calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and events, prepare and edit documents, maintain filing and databases, handle procurement of supplies, serve as stakeholder point of contact, perform data entry, and support special projects.
