Provide AAR support for military exercises by operating WinEXCON/AWES, collecting and analyzing exercise data, preparing reports and statistics, editing live video feeds, and developing After Action Reviews and Take Home Packages.

Design and produce instructional graphics, multimedia, and user interfaces for MarineNet, Moodle, mobile apps, and other LMS; collaborate with SMEs and ISDs; create and edit photography, video, audio; support marketing/outreach; coordinate imagery with public affairs and contribute throughout course development.

Lead and manage the MIOSS contract and PMO across MSTC locations as the primary government interface. Oversee staffing, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, TPMs, QCP compliance, reports, corrective actions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful contract execution and continuous improvement.
