The Associate will support investment transactions and portfolio management in renewable energy, primarily focusing on financial modeling and due diligence.

Support origination, structuring, due diligence, and closing of asset-based and structured finance investments (primarily energy efficiency). Build and manage financial and portfolio models, perform credit and contract diligence, coordinate with transaction leads and external stakeholders, support leverage partner and capital markets processes, and collaborate with portfolio management and risk teams on post-close servicing and risk mitigation.

Lead HRIS and people analytics strategy, implement and optimize HR technology and processes, enable reporting and workforce analytics, ensure compliance and controls, partner with HR and business leaders, manage vendors, and drive HR operations scale and employee experience improvements.

Provide transactional legal support for renewable energy project finance, tax equity, M&A, and joint ventures; lead drafting, negotiation, diligence, compliance, risk management, and outside counsel oversight; advise executives and business teams; support governance, contracting, and workflow automation initiatives.

Support the Fuels, Transport & Nature investment team by underwriting and executing debt/equity investments in clean fuels, EV charging, battery manufacturing, and sustainable agriculture. Build and manage financial models, analyze project contracts, drive due diligence and transaction processes, prepare management presentations, and contribute to portfolio and risk management while mentoring junior staff.

Lead implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management and e-billing systems; manage entity formation, UCC filings, and multi-jurisdictional records; support corporate, financing, and project transactions from diligence through closing; draft and coordinate transactional documentation; collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Compliance to meet transaction timelines and improve legal operations.
