Lead HRIS and people analytics strategy, implement and optimize HR technology and processes, enable reporting and workforce analytics, ensure compliance and controls, partner with HR and business leaders, manage vendors, and drive HR operations scale and employee experience improvements.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and CLO, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, materials, expense reports, and confidential information. Coordinate cross-functional meetings, track action items and deadlines, support HR and Legal initiatives and projects, maintain organized records, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Support portfolio performance review and analytics for renewable energy assets, manage investment dataflows, build and maintain financial models, prepare management reporting, and assist the investment team with due diligence for debt/equity and acquisitions.
