Manage debt and equity financing transactions, including structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, documentation, and execution. Maintain rating agency and banking relationships, monitor debt compliance and covenants, perform stress testing, support capital planning, and develop capital markets dashboards. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Investor Relations on fixed-income materials and sustainability reporting.

Manage partnership tax models, including income allocations, distribution waterfalls, ownership structures, and 704(b) capital accounts. Review partnership agreements and transaction documents, assess tax implications of investments and restructurings, coordinate with external tax advisors, resolve modeling issues, and support tax compliance, reporting, and forecasting. The role requires translating complex tax concepts for internal stakeholders and working primarily onsite in Annapolis, Maryland.

Supports risk management and portfolio monitoring for renewable energy investments. Responsibilities include investment due diligence, cash flow variance and sensitivity analysis, offtaker and counterparty risk assessment, portfolio performance reporting, optimization, investment workouts, and preparation of leadership and Board materials. The role also collaborates with investment and cross-functional teams throughout transaction execution, documentation, and closing.
