Serve as a trusted legal expert for sales by engaging German- and English-speaking lawyers, demonstrating Harvey's AI solutions, conducting tailored product demos, researching customer needs and competitors, creating customer-facing legal content, and relaying legal feedback to product and sales teams to drive adoption.

Drive post-training experiments to improve agent performance for legal tasks: optimize harnesses, design grading/reward systems, study agent behavior, and collaborate with internal and external researchers to convert findings into training data, evals, and model improvements.

Lead development of Harvey in Word (Office Add-in) using OfficeJS. Architect cross-platform, high-performance integrations with Word (and Outlook), build AI-native editing experiences, ensure manifest/versioning compatibility, collaborate on APIs/UX, and mentor engineers to deliver polished enterprise-scale features.
