Own strategic sourcing for engineering technology and software categories, including cloud infrastructure, data platforms, security tooling, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS. Lead sourcing events, vendor negotiations, contract structures, renewals, supplier management, utilization analysis, and savings initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Security, Legal, Privacy, and FP&A to evaluate vendors and execute agreements. Build AI-powered sourcing tools and playbooks while managing commercial relationships and procurement workflows.

Own Harvey’s finance applications portfolio, including NetSuite, procurement, spend, billing, and revenue systems. Lead discovery, process and system design, roadmap prioritization, architecture, integrations, configuration, automation, testing, and deployment across global finance workflows. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Tax, Security, and Business Technology to solve complex multi-entity, multi-currency, billing, and revenue recognition challenges while establishing governance, quality standards, and scalable best practices.

Own Harvey’s Voice of the Customer program, product operating rhythms, and end-to-end bug management lifecycle. Build feedback and reporting systems, establish taxonomies, triage cadences, severity standards, SLAs, and cross-functional planning rituals. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Support, and Customer Success stakeholders, drive alignment without direct authority, track product and defect trends, and ensure customers receive updates on issue resolution.
