Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, Tax, Security, and Business Technology to solve complex multi-entity, multi-currency, billing, and revenue recognition challenges while establishing governance, quality standards, and scalable best practices.

Own Harvey’s Voice of the Customer program, product operating rhythms, and end-to-end bug management lifecycle. Build feedback and reporting systems, establish taxonomies, triage cadences, severity standards, SLAs, and cross-functional planning rituals. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Support, and Customer Success stakeholders, drive alignment without direct authority, track product and defect trends, and ensure customers receive updates on issue resolution.
