Produce and execute live virtual events (webinars/videoconferences) end-to-end: setup, live delivery, troubleshooting, recording, reporting, and client-facing support across global time zones.

Serve as primary EU datacenter SME supporting platform operations, Tier 2 technical support, user administration, and integrations (SSO, LMS, APIs, xAPI). Troubleshoot complex issues, manage PII workflows, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, monitor trends, and maintain documentation to improve service delivery and client experience.

The Learning Platform Operations Specialist manages client learning products, provides Tier 1 support, collaborates with teams, and ensures quality operational delivery.
