Supports client engagements and leadership development solutions throughout their lifecycle. Coordinates project activities, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications while identifying risks and troubleshooting issues. The role also contributes to workflow improvements, operational efficiency, product and process knowledge, and client fulfillment. It requires strong organization, judgment, collaboration, adaptability, and client focus in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Leads the HR Employee Experience Center of Excellence, overseeing internal communications, culture and inclusion, employee engagement, talent development, learning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Partners with senior leaders and HR teams to align people strategies with business priorities, strengthen leadership capability, modernize employee practices, and foster an informed, connected, inclusive workplace. Manages enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, goal-setting frameworks, engagement measurement, and high-performing teams.

Lead regional marketing strategy and execution for India and the Middle East, adapting global plans to local markets. Run integrated digital, content, and events programs to drive brand awareness and B2B demand, manage lead nurturing, track ROI, partner with Sales, develop regional collateral, and present results to senior leaders.
