The opportunity
Regional Marketing Manager role leads marketing strategy and execution in the two regions with the goal of driving brand awareness and demand generation. The position adapts global strategies for regional relevance, devising region-specific strategies for growth, and strengthening the organization’s presence in these key markets through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is a part of the global marketing team and partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Editorial teams to ensure programs are focused, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for India and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global objectives and tailoring approaches for cultural and market-specific needs.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and local events to increase brand visibility and generate qualified institutional leads.
- Develop a B2B lead nurturing and communications strategy for the two regions.
- Track, report, and analyze results. Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing investments, improve ROI, and inform ongoing strategy development.
- Partner with Sales to design and execute small, curated field experiences (e.g., preconference dinners, roundtables, private gatherings) to drive demand and engagement.
- Represent the company in local events alongside the sales team by participating in conferences and other local events.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing material and sales collateral specific to the needs of India and the Middle East regional activities.
- Manage various stakeholders and prioritize activities based on the needs of the business and impact of programs.
- Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience (7+ years) in marketing roles supporting India and/or Middle East markets with a track record of driving B2B growth through multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to localize global brand messaging and translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong digital marketing capabilities in areas such as paid media, CRM, marketing automation, content marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing tools and technology
- Experience collaborating across matrixed teams and managing external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Fluency in English. Arabic and other regional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel (30%)
