Support international export shipments including ocean freight bookings, container scheduling, inbound trucking coordination, and documentation. Communicate shipment status to customers and internal teams, negotiate freight rates, investigate damages/overcharges, prepare invoices and accounting postings, provide tracking, and cross-train with shipping/documentation coordinators.

Design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and layouts; resolve production issues; develop testing protocols and performance standards; analyze production data and costs; coordinate tooling and equipment maintenance; mentor technicians; train employees; collaborate with R&D and suppliers; and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead financial strategy and operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, costing, risk management, audits, and team development. Provide financial analysis and guidance to executive leadership, drive cost optimization and process improvements, and ensure compliance and strong internal controls across the organization.
