Provides advanced support for the Epicor Kinetic SaaS ERP environment, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, enhancements, implementation support, upgrades, and performance monitoring. Supports users across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, engineering, finance, customer service, and quality. Analyzes requirements, develops compatible ERP solutions, delivers training, documents procedures, collaborates with IT and engineering teams, and recommends process improvements.

Leads business development, capture strategies, customer relationships, proposals, market analysis, sales pursuits, and forecasts across aerospace, defense, and general aviation markets. Identifies new customers and opportunities, develops value propositions, supports negotiations, and coordinates cross-functional teams through contract award. Requires significant domestic and international travel, technical sales expertise, aerospace or defense market knowledge, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Conducts product and component testing, develops testing procedures and documentation, analyzes test data, supports engineering decisions, identifies performance issues, assists with root-cause analysis, and ensures compliance with industry standards and documentation requirements.

Develops and maintains technical publications, including owner’s manuals, service manuals, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, procedures, and user guides. Reviews engineering drawings and specifications, translates technical information into clear documentation, applies style and formatting standards, and manages revisions, version control, and document vaulting in the PDM system. Collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, product support, and sales teams to verify technical accuracy and support aerospace product use, manufacturing, certification, and service requirements.

Schedules and coordinates production work orders, materials, and departmental workflows to meet customer requirements. The role creates and maintains production schedules, prioritizes jobs, tracks work in process and raw material inventory, analyzes supply and demand data, prepares production documents, communicates lead times, and expedites materials. It also collaborates with shop-floor supervisors, customer service, manufacturing, and accounting to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Lead and execute supply chain projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage supplier transitions, track milestones, report progress, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements and operational readiness.

The Manufacturing Engineer supports production by improving processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation, while collaborating with teams and ensuring compliance with standards.

Lead supplier management, strategic sourcing, and procurement for complex commodities. Negotiate contracts, drive supplier performance improvements, identify cost-reduction and operational efficiencies, support cross-functional teams, provide technical procurement guidance, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance and data-driven reporting.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting for HET and HA MRO: maintain standard costs, validate BOMs/routings, analyze manufacturing variances, ensure accurate inventory and WIP accounting, support month-end close, drive cost improvements, and develop a junior analyst while partnering with operations, supply chain and engineering.
