Key Responsibilities:

Leads supplier management, sourcing strategy, and procurement activities for complex commodities, operational categories, or strategic suppliers. Negotiates complex agreements, manages supplier performance initiatives, and identifies opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and supply chain improvement. Serves as a procurement subject matter expert and supports cross-functional sourcing and operational initiatives.

1) Successful execution of strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives

2) Effective negotiation and management of complex supplier agreements and contracts

3) Improved supplier quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance

4) Identification and implementation of procurement efficiency and cost reduction opportunities

5) Reliable supplier performance management and accountability processes

6) Strong supplier partnerships supporting operational and business objectives

7) Technical guidance and procurement support for cross-functional teams and junior staff

Requirements

  

Education and Experience

· Comprehensive knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain practices

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related discipline preferred

· Typically requires 4–6 years of procurement or supply chain experience

· Works under minimal supervision and may supervise or mentor junior staff
