Lead month-end and manufacturing close, oversee cost accounting, inventory control, and variance analysis. Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, manage audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Maintain J-SOX controls, support tax compliance, improve processes and systems, and supervise and develop accounting staff while partnering with operations and supply chain.

Manage and grow a portfolio of retail customers across International, Value, and Club channels. Develop account business plans, analyze POS and syndicated data, negotiate with buyers, expand distribution, and collaborate with internal teams and brokers. Requires bilingual Spanish and travel (~20%).

Support marketing category teams and Brand Managers to execute product launches, promotions, e-commerce updates, artwork approvals, consumer research, and trade support. Manage item setup workflows, track cross-functional project progress, assist with social media and sampling programs, prepare sales/trade materials, and provide administrative support including purchase order processing.

Support brand management for Cat Treats by analyzing POS and syndicated data, forecasting, managing SKUs and inventory, assisting product development and packaging, developing sales presentations, executing consumer activation, maintaining IRI data integrity, and supporting cross-functional S&OP and P&L analysis to drive category growth.
