Drive and deliver glass products on local and occasional overnight long-haul routes. Load/unload and secure glass, perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance, maintain accurate logs and paperwork, interact professionally with customers, and follow DOT safety and UA test requirements.

Perform hands-on production and warehouse tasks in glass manufacturing: read tags, inspect glass for defects and sizing, load/unload and operate equipment, rack/crate products for shipping, and assist with shipping and delivery. Follow safety procedures, lift heavy items, and work assigned shifts with overtime as needed.

Lead site HR operations for a manufacturing facility: recruit and retain talent, manage onboarding, benefits, and employee relations, ensure labor law compliance, develop HR policies and engagement initiatives, and use HR data to reduce turnover and improve retention.

Operate glass fabrication machinery (CNC, IG, tempering, loading), maintain safety and quality, learn multiple production functions, lift heavy materials, and work assigned day or night shifts. Follow attendance, teamwork, and screening requirements.
