Teams at HART (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit)

Leads Operations’ performance-management and analytics processes, including KPI reporting, dashboards, forecasts, quarterly reviews, cost analysis, and executive presentations. Evaluates operational and financial trends, identifies root causes, recommends improvements, and tracks corrective actions. Oversees reporting and business-owner coordination for Operations capital projects and strategic initiatives. Collaborates with Finance, HR, IT, PMO, and Operations leaders to improve data quality, accountability, operational readiness, and decision-making.

Processes complex biweekly payroll transactions, adjustments, garnishments, deductions, tax withholding, off-cycle checks, and timecard updates. Reconciles payroll to the general ledger, investigates discrepancies, prepares reports and wage statements, supports audits and year-end reporting, and ensures compliance with laws and collective bargaining agreements. Uses Trapeze and ADP to transfer and validate operator hours. Maintains confidential records and may train or guide payroll staff.

Performs account analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset management, accounts receivable and revenue audits, monthly and annual reporting (including National Transit Database and fuel tax), and supports regional eFares financial processes. Prepares financial reports, assists with audits, and serves on project teams as assigned.
