Provide commercial contracting, regulatory, privacy and compliance legal support for healthcare SaaS/medical-device (SaMD) and teleradiology products. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on US and global regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, FTC, GDPR, CCPA), build compliance programs, support governance, and partner with product, sales and privacy/security teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risk across jurisdictions.

Manage and maintain the ISMS and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA); perform security assessments, audits, and risk remediation; author policies and controls documentation; support technical security operations (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint); handle third-party security vetting and questionnaires; drive security awareness and data governance; and implement AI-driven automations to improve security workflows.

Lead commercial FP&A and reporting, own budgeting/forecasting and deal desk, support revenue recognition and billing accuracy, drive finance automation and data warehouse initiatives, partner cross-functionally to translate commercial needs into financial frameworks.
