Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Interpret engineering drawings, select tooling and materials, inspect components with precision instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, perform routine equipment maintenance, maintain production records, and follow safety procedures. Operate and set up manual and CNC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills) to produce precision metal parts per engineering drawings; select tooling, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot machinery, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety procedures while maintaining production records.

Provide frontline, in-person help desk support: log and resolve tickets for hardware, software, accounts, printers, mobile devices, network and business apps; set up equipment; assist onboarding/offboarding; maintain documentation, inventory, and knowledge base; escalate complex issues and participate in after-hours support as needed.

Lead and coordinate hydraulic technicians to build, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems. Operate and oversee machining (manual and CNC), read hydraulic schematics and blueprints, perform pressure and leak tests, ensure dimensional accuracy, drive quality and safety, and implement process improvements to meet production deadlines.

Fabricate, fit, weld, and assemble metal structural components from blueprints; set up and operate welding equipment; inspect and finish welded joints; follow safety protocols and collaborate on large projects.
