Develops, optimizes, tests, and troubleshoots CNC programs for precision manufacturing. Translates engineering drawings and CAD/CAM models into G-code, selects tooling and machining parameters, sets up CNC machines, resolves programming and quality issues, and improves machining efficiency, accuracy, and material utilization.

Operates and sets up manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Reads engineering drawings and specifications, selects tooling and materials, inspects parts with precision instruments, troubleshoots machining issues, performs routine equipment maintenance, maintains production and quality records, and follows workplace safety procedures.

Installs, assembles, fabricates, and welds hydraulic piping systems. Reads blueprints, coordinates TIG welding, installs piping on hydraulic machinery, follows engineering quality specifications and OSHA safety requirements, operates tools and welding equipment, and maintains a clean work area. The role requires industrial pipe-fitting experience, blueprint interpretation, mechanical aptitude, welding certification, and familiarity with high-pressure or specialty piping systems.
