Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Interpret engineering drawings, select tooling and materials, inspect components with precision instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, perform routine equipment maintenance, maintain production records, and follow safety procedures. The role requires machining knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, precision measurement skills, quality inspection experience, and the ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

Operate and set up manual and CNC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills) to produce precision metal parts per engineering drawings; select tooling, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot machinery, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety procedures while maintaining production records.

Provide frontline, in-person help desk support: log and resolve tickets for hardware, software, accounts, printers, mobile devices, network and business apps; set up equipment; assist onboarding/offboarding; maintain documentation, inventory, and knowledge base; escalate complex issues and participate in after-hours support as needed.
