Lead IT projects, provide Tier-3 troubleshooting, support incident response and root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call coverage. The role supports over 1,000 users across multiple locations and requires independent systems ownership, automation expertise, and occasional office travel.

Owns end-to-end warehouse transformations, curated analytical models, data governance, documentation, lineage, and data quality troubleshooting. Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure supporting Harness SaaS and self-managed deployments. Lead cloud engineering and SRE architecture, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD automation, observability, capacity planning, security compliance, disaster readiness, and cost optimization. Provide technical direction across teams, mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform capabilities.

Design and build practical, end-to-end use cases inside the Harness platform, produce technical video and written content, run recording shoots, evangelize Harness AI capabilities to practitioners, and partner with product, engineering, and marketing to iterate using performance data.
