Responsibilities include prioritizing integrations, defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering, partnerships, sales, customers, and technical executives, evaluating API and authentication designs, testing integration flows, and producing clear technical specifications. The role also requires tracking AI-agent ecosystem developments and shaping the company’s integration strategy in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Deploy and support enterprise security products in customer environments. Troubleshoot issues using logs, HAR files, and configurations; document root causes; escalate effectively to engineering; support customer onboarding; maintain technical documentation; improve deployment processes; and share field insights with product, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and QA teams.

Build and maintain automated testing infrastructure across UI, browser extensions, endpoint agents, and backend services. Design cross-platform test environments, expand load testing, investigate bugs, integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines, establish quality gates, improve test reliability, and track coverage. Collaborate with engineers to resolve defects and shape the QA roadmap across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Build production machine-learning features that transform raw AI usage data into customer-facing insights. Own classification, clustering, data pipelines, model deployment, evaluation frameworks, ground-truth datasets, error analysis, uncertainty quantification, and production reliability. Collaborate with customers, product, engineering, and security teams to shape insight experiences. Work primarily in Python across a polyglot Java, Spring Boot, and TypeScript stack deployed on AWS.

Own pre-sales technical activities for an AI security platform, including customer engagement, technical storytelling, proof-of-concept planning and execution, and supporting opportunities through the sales cycle. Collaborate with customers, sales, product, marketing, and engineering to translate requirements into solutions and messaging. The role also involves enterprise software deployment, MDM administration, live troubleshooting, competitive analysis, and helping customers adopt AI securely.

Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including account planning, prospecting, executive relationship building, technical evaluations, negotiation, closing, and expansion. Sell cybersecurity solutions to complex organizations, develop C-level relationships, create urgency around AI governance and security risks, manage multithreaded buying processes, build six-figure pipelines, and maintain accurate forecasting.
