The Solutions Architect role involves overseeing pre-sale technical activities, engaging with customers, translating needs into feedback, and contributing to technical assets while managing multiple engagements.

Lead the creation of Harmonic's first US engineering site: hire the initial team, be hands-on early, establish cross-site collaboration with the UK, build operational rhythms (planning, on-call, incident response), own US hiring and interview processes, and scale the organization toward customer engineering, platform, and product delivery.

Own ABM for a curated set of top-tier enterprise prospects: design and run multi-channel outbound plays (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, events), partner tightly with strategic sales, track account-level engagement and pipeline, and test creative tactics to drive meetings and revenue.

Design, build, and own backend microservices and integrations for an AI-focused cybersecurity platform. Implement event-driven processing, ingest high-volume endpoint events, model and persist domain data, expose APIs and webhooks, and support analytics, reporting, and customer-facing visibility features.

Serve as the UK People partner handling day-to-day People operations: advise managers, manage employee relations and UK compliance, own benefits and payroll coordination, support hiring and onboarding, run the London office, and build scalable HR processes.

Own and grow channel partnerships across the region: recruit, onboard, enable, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and events. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to forecast opportunities, report partner ROI, and build repeatable partner enablement models to scale revenue and brand presence.

Lead and build the RevOps function end-to-end: forecasting, CRM and quoting architecture, deal desk, territory and quota design, GTM reporting, and AI-native workflow automation. Advise CRO/CEO, operationalize consumption pricing, fix sales inefficiencies, and grow a small team to scale GTM across the US and Europe.

Build and maintain backend services for Customer Engineering: triage and fix customer-reported bugs, deliver small feature requests, create automation and tooling to reduce manual work, debug microservices and event-driven pipelines, integrate identity providers and data security platforms, instrument and monitor systems, and partner with customers and stakeholders to prevent recurring issues.
